How RiSE English Wine works

What is RiSE English Wine?

RiSE English Wine is a gift club, in which you can give the gift of English wine and your loved one can embark on a journey of discovery of some of England's finest wines, sharing knowledge and passion with wine lovers across the UK and, eventually, the world. Each box includes two handpicked bottles of premium English wine, accompanied by tasting notes and the story of the winewaker and vineyard. 

What will I get in my box?

Every box includes two full sized (750ml) bottles of English wine handpicked from vineyards across England. In our mixed box, we always include one bottle of still white wine paired with a sparkling, red or a rosé. England is best known for its aromatic still white wines and sparkling wines, but we are also want to showcase charactful red wines and delicate rosés so occasionally feature those.

Alongside the wine itself we also provide information about the wine, where it has come from, how it was made as well as tasting notes and a map of England.

 

How do I buy a gift for someone?

There is nothing better than the gift of wine! We currently offer a 3, 6, and 12 month pre-paid gift membership which includes a personalised gift note. All of our wine subscriptions are sent out on a monthly basis during the first 10 days of the month. Ordering and delivery

When will I receive my wine box?

All gifts are dispatched within 3-5 working days, however if you have a specific date you would like it to arrive, then please pop a note into the delivery note at checkout

Once you've placed your order, we will keep you updated once we have an approximate delivery date and tracking number. Please note that postage can occasionally be delayed if delivering to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, or the Channel Islands. Occasionally, depending on local area demand, it can take an additional day to deliver to addresses within the UK mainland. 

 

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Sure! You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, we do recommend that you create an account,as this means you can check your order history and have your payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please double check your junk mail before getting in touch with us at hello@riseenglishwine.co.uk. 

Why has my order been cancelled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to addresses within the UK. Unfortunately we're not able to offer our membership internationally due to the fragile nature of the boxes. However, we're hoping this will be an option in the future. If you are really keen to try a box, do drop us an email at hello@riseenglishwine.co.uk and we can let you know what's possible.

 

How much is shipping?

Our shipping is currently FREE to all UK customers. Enjoy!

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Payment & discount codes

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by Apple Pay. 

Where do I apply my discount code?

You can apply your discount code during the checkout, the option is located on the same page as your contact details. Please note that we only allow for one code/discount and/or promotion to be used at checkout.

When do I get charged?

You will be charged iitially the day you make your purchase, however all future orders will be taken on the 26th of each month.
